Some things last a long time: Since my school days I have always been the reliable and conscientious one. What benefited my inattentive classmates at the time now benefits my customers.

Asking “Why?” again and again takes me deep into every topic I work on. That’s why all my concepts always focus on the “wish behind the wish”. This ensures that your actual goal – and not a fictitious goal – is achieved.

The duality of my training and professional experience in IT and communications helps me to look at a task from different angles and to combine the tension between business and IT.

01. STRATEGIC CONSULTING.

My offer for SMEs around the topics communication, external appearance and positioning. This is where my marketing heart can strike through and help my clients to define the following elements: What do I offer my customers and what needs do I satisfy? How can I position myself in my chosen area and how can I present my offer convincingly?

02. BUSINESS ANALYSIS.

Whether database-supported business application, website or mobile app – a successful GoLive requires the developer (team) to be clear about the requirements. My task as a business analysis therefore includes the development of the requirements together with my professional customers, who benefit from my extensive experience from more than 15 years of project work, and the preparation for the technical implementation.

03. TEST DESIGN.

Even the last step before the successful GoLive offers numerous challenges: Have hidden features been extensively tested in addition to the obvious functions? What happens if an error occurs? Are we testing intuitively or systematically? These are all questions that the test designer can successfully answer.
